SHIPPING 

When can I expect my order ?

We know how much waiting sucks so we endeavor to have your package shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase – Unless stated otherwise. Understand, we do both work full time jobs and this is something we do outside our normal 9-5.

There will be peaks and troughs with launching new products, and whilst we are packing orders we are also brainstorming ideas for future products !

Please note, pre sale / made to order items may take longer to be shipped out due to volume and wait times. 

What are the shipping costs ?

We have found a company where we have been able to get a great deal on shipping, offering all Australian order's a flat rate of $10. But if you spend over $100 shipping is free

Where is my shipment ?

Once we have shipped your package it is unfortunately out of our control, in saying that with your order confirmation will be details from tracking to allow you to be able to track your package. But, if they haven’t been of any help please shoot us an email and we will try to chase it from our end !

MONTHLY ORDERS

What is monthly orders ?

We know how annoying it is when you want to be able to purchase something online but its sold out or pre sale has ended, so we are doing monthly orders in which they will be processed at the END of each month. It allows you the freedom to shop when you would like, at what hour with no deadlines and rushes. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

We will be processing these at the end of each month, in which it takes about 2 weeks for the designs to be put on, shipped to us, packaged & out to you. IF there are delays you will be advised as soon as we are made aware. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return this ?

We understand sometimes you love the look online but, it just doesn't suit which is why we are offering a 30-day return policy from delivery of your goods, but we are only able to offer a full refund on full priced, un-customized items. The product needs to be unworn, unwashed and still in its original condition that you received your product. 

Send us an email with your details in which we will be able to discuss further.

I got the wrong size / colour. What do i do ?

Keep in mind, same with returning a product it needs to be unworn, unwashed and still in its original condition otherwise an exchange can't be carried out. Please note if this is a customized item it may not be able to be returned.

We recommend the quickest way to get an exchange is to order the correct product you would like send us an email contact@mesiwanders.com.au outlining your order numbers (Both Orders), proof of purchase and once we receive the returned item we will inspect and issue you a refund less the shipping cost 

If the size or colour is out of stock, please email us and we will be able to advise if this will be restocked and if so when.

I got a custom item, can i return it ?

Typically, no we can't do refunds on custom items BUT email us we can have a chat and possibly work something out 

 I got a sale item, can i return it?

Unfortunately, we don't offer returns on sale items. This doesn't include if you got a discount code, we are still able to offer and refund / exchange on this.
